Shipping and Return
Shipping
Please allow 3-4 working days for us to prepare and ship your order. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via DHL.
International Shipping
Please note that international shipping does not include taxes and duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be handled upon delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Moonlanding World does not accept returns on items sold during sales.
We only accept returns if you receive an incorrect or defective item.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges on items. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item, initiate the refund process, and place a new order for the replacement.
To exchange, you need to meet the Return & Exchange conditions.
Return & Exchange Conditions
In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including any promotional gifts and branded items provided with the order) must be returned under the following conditions:
- Goods must be in their original packaging (with boxes/dust covers, if applicable) with price tags, instructions, and labels still attached.
- Items must be unaltered, unused, and in sellable condition, with no damage (or in the condition they were received).
- If the order included gifts or promotional items, all such items must also be returned, unopened and undamaged, with price tags, instructions, and labels intact.
- Original proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for a return, refund, or exchange.
Return and Exchange Process
Returning an order
To initiate a return, please contact us via email. Once we approve your return request, we will arrange for a pickup from your location and issue a refund according to our refund policy.
Moonlanding World reserves the right to decline your return request if the Return & Exchange conditions are not met.
Refund Process
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and approved. Refunds will be issued via the following methods:
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded back to the card used for the purchase or via bank transfer.
- Refunds may take up to 14 working days (from the date the item is received) to reflect on your card/bank statement, depending on your bank.
